Gary Hall - Vice President / Sales & Vendor Relationships

Gary joined Waldec Homes in 2006, with over thirty (30) years of experience in just about every aspect of the building industry. Impressively, most of Gary’s career to date has been devoted to working for a “National Top 100 Builder” in a variety of sales and business development capacities. From real estate to residential homes; from commercial development to design and construction, Gary has done it all. His exemplary experience speaks for itself and his years in the building industry are of great value to our customers.

Clients will be impressed to know that Gary is fully certified as a “Total Quality Construction Specialist” through Pennsylvania State University, where he attended school. He is also certified as a “Customer Service Specialist” through the educational program provided by the National Builders Association.

In fact, over the past thirty years, Gary has been responsible for the sales and construction of over 1,000 homes! There are very few challenges that Gary has not encountered at some point in time during his stellar building career. Also notable is the fact that he is a past officer of York County Builders Association and the Westmoreland County Builder Association. Shelley Berardi - Accounting Associate

Shelley has been with Waldec Homes for close to fifteen years. She has held a variety of positions within our company, mostly in accounting and administration. Prior to working with Waldec Homes, Shelley was the Accounting Manager at IKON Office Solutions. Shelley’s responsibilities at Waldec Homes include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statement preparation, planning, budgeting and invoicing.

She holds an Associates Degree from Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) where she graduated in the Spring of 1995. She is currently earning credits towards her Bachelors Degree from Robert Morris University in her spare time.
