At Waldec Homes, our team of professionals and craftsman conform to a proprietary and proven construction management process referred to as CARE:

Consult, nurture and communicate with our customers throughout each phase of the construction process.

Analyze and closely monitor progress for each phase of the project, to mitigate any/all problems and issues that may be encountered during the course of construction.

Recommending the best architectural, construction and design services, products, and solutions possible.

Ensure that each and every client’s homebuilding experience is a positive and memorable one.

CARE is an organized, practical and managed process that allows our customers to capitalize on our extensive experience in design, construction and project management. Additionally, CARE is a series of “best practices” adopted to provide a multi-phase approach to construction project management, whereby each phase is interdependent upon the others, providing the highest level of flexibility and customization. The CARE framework consists of:

Step 1: Assessment
We develop a thorough understanding of the construction components and factors that shape the need for a new home, through an in-depth review and discussion of the customers' features, amenities and lifestyles.

Step 2: Preliminary Design
Our project team analyzes the information gathered during the Assessment, utilizing its findings to develop conceptual renditions, architectural / design elements, and investment summary.

Step 3: Plan
Collectively with our clients, we identify all relevant project tasks, selections to be made and their interrelationships, associated timelines and coordination efforts for each phase, and the required craftsmen needed to complete the construction project on-time and with-in budget.

Step 4: Construction Management
This is truly where the excitement begins as we now watch Waldec Homes’ project managers guide the necessary professionals and tradesmen through the overall construction process, based on a well-defined and executed plan.

Step 5: Everlasting Relationships
The construction industry is notorious for leaving unfinished “loose ends” at the conclusion of a project. Typically the home-buyer is now responsible for completion of these items. Waldec Homes and CARE is an exception to this pervasive industry trend.

Our project manager is responsible for maintaining the budget, schedule and overall quality of the project. In addition, the project manager will coordinate all vendor, supplier and manufacturer activities. In short, CARE provides our clients with worry-free, reliable “turn-key” projects.

Thorough "walk-throughs" of the home’s interior and exterior will be performed throughout the life cycle of the project, and once again prior to occupancy. This post-construction process allows for the creation of a “punch-list” of items that will be reviewed and addressed in a timely and professional manner. At closing, CARE will also provide warranty information, manuals and a contact list of names and telephone numbers to help explain all the routine maintenance of your new home.
